About YepNoteS

YepNoteS is a simple and fast note-taking application. It allows you to create notes, organize notes into lists or groups, add reminders, create to-do lists, use color markers, sync certain data with iCloud, and access some features from compatible Apple devices.

Some features may be available for free, while others may require a YepNoteS Pro subscription.

Use of the Application

You agree to use YepNoteS only for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for the content you create, add, or store in the application, including text, images, lists, reminders, or any other personal information.

You agree not to use YepNoteS to store, share, or create illegal, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, harmful, or infringing content.

User Data and Content

The notes, lists, reminders, and content you create in YepNoteS remain your content.

YepNoteS does not claim ownership of your personal notes or content. You remain responsible for the accuracy, backup, and use of your content.

When iCloud sync is enabled, some data may be synced through Apple iCloud services. This sync depends on your Apple account, iCloud settings, internet connection, and services provided by Apple.

We cannot guarantee that sync, backup, or data restoration will always be available, immediate, or error-free.

YepNoteS Pro

YepNoteS may offer a paid version called YepNoteS Pro.

YepNoteS Pro gives access to additional features, which may include more customization options, widgets, additional list creation, or other advanced features shown in the application or on the App Store.

The features included in YepNoteS Pro may evolve over time. We may add, modify, or remove certain features, within reasonable limits and without removing access to the essential paid features during your current subscription period.

Subscriptions, Payment, and Renewal

YepNoteS Pro subscriptions are offered as in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store.

The price, subscription duration, possible free trial period, and renewal conditions are displayed in the application and/or on the App Store before you confirm your purchase.

Unless canceled by you, the YepNoteS Pro subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period.

Payment is charged by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription management, cancellation, renewal, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with App Store rules.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple/App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the already paid subscription period.

Free Trial

YepNoteS Pro may offer a free trial period when indicated in the application or on the App Store.

At the end of the free trial period, the subscription may be automatically charged unless you cancel it before the end of the trial, according to the conditions displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Payments related to in-app purchases and YepNoteS Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple.

Any refund request must be made directly to Apple, according to its own rules and procedures. We cannot guarantee that a refund request will be accepted.

Availability and Operation

We do our best to provide a stable, simple, and useful application. However, YepNoteS is provided “as is”.

We do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices, versions of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or Apple services.

Some features may depend on third-party services or Apple services, including iCloud, notifications, widgets, Siri Shortcuts, Apple Watch, or the App Store.

Data Backup

You are responsible for backing up your important data.

Even if YepNoteS may use iCloud or sync mechanisms, we recommend that you do not use the application as the only storage solution for critical, sensitive, or essential information.

Intellectual Property

YepNoteS, its name, interface, design, features, code, graphic elements, and related content remain the property of its publisher, unless otherwise stated.

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application, unless expressly permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for data loss, service interruptions, sync errors, financial loss, indirect damages, or consequences related to the use or inability to use YepNoteS.

The application is designed to help you take and organize notes, but it does not replace a professional backup, archiving, or critical data management system.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the application, YepNoteS Pro, legal requirements, or App Store rules.

In case of significant changes, we may notify you through the application, website, or App Store. By continuing to use YepNoteS after the Terms have been updated, you accept the new Terms.

Termination

You may stop using YepNoteS at any time by deleting the application from your device.

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active YepNoteS Pro subscription. To cancel a subscription, you must do so from your Apple/App Store account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law, unless mandatory legal provisions in your country of residence provide otherwise.
